Halifax Main Person for Complaints

Hi,
I am trying to find out who I can complain to at Halifax, I know that the structure has changed since the formation of the Lloyds banking group however is there a person who I can write to or even better email regarding issues on my account which the standard customer service seem to be unable to resolve.
Hopefully someone will be able to come back to me.

Just to warn you it'll take a while! It took them 2 weeks to acknowledge my written complaint (i recommend sending it by recorded delivery - i had a moment when i posted mine, and forgot!), thus putting the 8 week timescale, to more like a 10-11 week complaint timescale.
I'm currently at week 9 of the (unintentionally extended) Halifax complaints service! My letter to the FOS is written and waiting!Credit Card 6.9% - £0/£2800
