House of Lords Appeal to be heard June 23rd to June 25th. Outcome could be late July or probably October this year which is whether the charges can be assessed for fairness. At that point we move to the Substantive Issues which relate to which charges would be unfair and there would be more litigation on that. However, once the HoL decision is known we will know whether the Court Cases on hold in county courts will be stayed or whether they will be allowed to continue0
