Tumble dryer?

I am looking for a condenser tumble dryer as i am getting a bosch wfx 2868 washing machine as i used to have a washer dryer.

Which make of tumble dryer should i go for and what features do i need.

Also would like to know which is the best price comparison site as there seems to be a lot on the web.

We bought a Hotpoint CTD00G Condenser Dryer and are very pleased so far.
It quite a basic model but I heard that models with the sensor drying capability always leave your clothes damp anyway.
It has a huge water reservoir that can also be plumbed into your washer drain so it never needs to be emptied.

I wouldn't bother with an extended warranty on a dryer either, they're one of the simplest of all appliances.

I think Creda dryers are basically the same with a different name and usually a bit cheaper !!

We just bought a Whirlpool tumle dryer, albeit not a condensing one. Did my own research and came up with that as being a good buy, chose the simplest version which nonetheless had all the desireable features, and was chuffed to find that it is a "Which" best buy.
Got it online from 365Electrical, at a considerable discount, and importantly, free delivery. Took a wee while, but no problems, and you are forewarned of delivery.

According to Which? magazine the Zanussi-Electrolux did a very good job. It was not a best buy but a good cheaper alternative. Model TC7103w £250 from Currys. Doesn't say if other stoes/sites sell it.
    Nice to save.
