Post deleted as you may be making a rod for your own back.
It took me all of 10 seconds to find her employers website and a further 5 seconds to find their health and safety policy.
I did the same - it's all there.
OP - I'd remove that quote if I were you.
And get the H&S policy from their website.0 -

There that took me 30 seconds. Outwith this and any statutory requirements internal policies are just that and unless its fundamental to your wifes job etc I dont think she has much claim for it.
Tbh sounds like another person who tries to blame their incompetence by highlighting others unrelated incompetence.0 -
a - too late to remove the quote.
b - regardless of the H&S policy, there is a statutory duty of care that employers have.
c - send the letter on friday, but email it to the manager today saying that you are responding by today, and that you have also sent a letter to arrive on monday as they are on leave until then.
d - request a photograph of the sheet, if it won't photocopy.0 -
that looks like a statement of intent to be fair, no im not using it to find bits and bobs for others, it due to a small incident in their code of conduct being the reason for dismissal, when at least 20 other different and also small incident they class as GM have been ignored by the company.0

What was the outcome?Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0
