Help! PPI advice urgently needed!!

I'm looking at claiming back from our PPI, using the letter templates and advice from this site, but the only thing I'm unsure of is whether I need to make each claim individually, or as one? My husband had one loan, then took out another, larger loan to pay bk the existing one, and get more money. We have recently done the same again. Do I need to make seperate claims for each of the loans, or can I just use the account number from our current loan? Each loan was taken out with Lloyds TSB. Any advice greatly recieved! Please help!!

Hi There just use one for all three if they were re-financed. Also make it clear in the letter that these were re financed loans and not stand alone Loans. Hopefully they will then look at them all together.
Good luck and let us know how you get on:mad:0 -
Hi Debbie
As Maxdp says, keep them together in one letter, but remember to enclose details of your account numbers.
The only time you would do this separately, if the finance were separately.
Good luck and keep on at them.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Thanks for your help guys. I shall be printing off letter number one tonight, and posting it tommorrow (providing I can find the account numbers!) Speaking of which, if I can't do I simply need to contact the provider for the details? And also, I had a claims company phone me about this, but I am presuming it is best to stay away from them - They wanted £150 admin fee, plus 37.5% from the compensation. Please tell me whether it is best to avoid them, and go it alone?0

Hi hun
You can do this free of charge on here, as you now know.:A;)
Good luck with your claims, and also just to say, if you cannot find any account numbers, if you any old bank statements and paid by direct debit, you may be able to dig the numbers out on them, next to the payments made, if you do online banking you can check them that way, then its free.
If you no agreements for them, request for these in writing to the data debt, by giving your full name, address, and DOB, if the address was not the same one as your living now and so on, also an old surname if different then.
The copies of the agreements cost a £1 for each one and payable by either cheque or postal order, and they "should supply" by 12 days.
Post by recorded delivery.
This way you will then have the account numbers.;)
Good luck XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
