Sending your account to "the collections dept" is normal, just means they will probably phone you.
No need to panic on the phone as they will try allsorts to get you to pay:rolleyes:
Just say you have been in contact with CCCS and are awaiting an interview with them on 3/7/
Did CCCS give you a reference number? you can give that to your creditors
