Where Can I Find a Tenant?

Hello,

I am in need of renting out my flat, is there a hard and fast website to advertise on, or does anyone know of any decent places to advertise?

Kind Regards

Richard.

local paper works for me. you could use an agent and they will do all the checks etc but will charge you for it. they will also do the inventory which is crucial. all costs, but worth it.

    good luck.xx

Do you do the checks your self?

Im sorry but I have never rented out a property before; it seems the best idea is to go through and rental agent but they want £350 pounds to start up, is this alot on money?
