From what I remember of when I've stayed in them you just need the reference number, so a print out of the confirmation should be enough.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I am having a bit of a crisis of confidence or whatever you call it. I did a 10k on Sunday and had to walk the last 3 or 4k and have been wiped all week.
I was supposed to be going to join a running club tonight and I bottled it. Then my friend wanted to run and I said no but she forced me. I felt rough for a bit and thought I am never going to manage it on Sunday and felt a bit sorry for myself....I feel a lot better now - only did 5k but got into the flow by the end...I am going to have a bath, something nice to eat and an early bed - see if I can make up for the last few 4am starts....
So I won't be gutted if i don't do sub 60....it would have been nice to run with you but with different starts... Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Ah Sammy, I haven't run over 10k much since LM and thats nearly 2 months ago :eek: I will honestly be suprised if I get under 60 mins although I will want to get back to DD as quickly as possible so that might spur me on just a bit!
