Holding a fete and Insurance!!

Options
Hi all am hoping that somebody can help. We are trying to hold a summer fete and have found a venue. But on talking to them they brought up the subject of Public Liability Insurance. We were hoping to have a variety of stalls including hook a duck, raffles, face painting etc. But thinking back to traditional village fetes thought about having a coconut shy and welly wanging. Does anybody know anything about having insurance for an event like this.

we aren't going to have a bouncy castle as we felt that it was more hastle than it was worth.

Who's the fete on behalf of? If you're doing it for a charity, their PI insurance may cover it, or they should be able to point you in the right direction.
