  • What fraud. Not understand?

I have now been in contact with a few different financial people and they say it will cost in the region of £2500 to start an Iva as the debt managment plan is not really suitable for me cause the debt will never be paid off. Also Bankrupt is really bad they said as it effects you for a long time to come. They also said that only cost £500. Thats not fair.

bankrupcy is the easiest way out usually, if your ex is on benefits then you will get gangbanged by the csa sooner or later, they have just managed to get a liability order against me for £20,000 of arrears without even giving me a breakdown or producing a signed assesment, they also instructed bailiffs to attend and remove goods knowing that i am both disabled and on benefits, the csa are not there for anybody but the governbents pockets, they care not about you, your ex or your kids welfare, sad but true
  • I have spoke to the csa and they told me the amount that i will pay and its actually less than i'm giving her now so when thats sorted it will be good.

I have been left with the debt though and its hard to control it
