in Credit cards
Hello,
Please could someone help me!
I have decided to go travelling for 2 months due to being made redundant recently. I will need a credit card as alot places and operators dont take my maestro debit card.
However, although I have savings and the only debt I have is my student loan, I am really struggling to be accepted on applications for a credit card because I am unemployed.
It seems to be catch 22. I will only be using it whilst I am away and it will be paid back in full when I return.
Any suggestions/help would be brilliant

How many applications have you made? You will find it almost impossible to be accepted on a competitive abroad card like Post Office or Abbey Zero.
Your best chance is with your bank. They may give you a card based on previous banking goodwill.I'm going for my QuidCo £million!
