Plus the fact it's something you are getting for free of course.
I accept that they have given me the vouchers - although they have issued them fraudulently - and 4 working days is enough for ANYONE to reply to an email, bank holiday or not. I do not expect to have it sorted by now, but I do expect the courtesy of a reply at least.0 -

If it is free can I have one to?
Of course not because it is not free0 -
I believe they should at least email you to say they are looking into it and give you some time scales for next steps. Maybe they cant sort it out immediatley but some form of comms would be courteous.
They are offering you to double u, they are offering certain items yet not completing their end of the deal - think you are well within your rights to kick up especially as you saved up for your daughters birthday.
Will watch this thread with anticipation of thier response0 -
OP - did it say you could use the double-up vouchers on the product page?
We're just waiting for some vouchers to buy one for our son (which still haven't come, even though I ordered them on 17 May, but that's another story!), and that does say you can use double-up vouchers. I shall be very annoyed if it doesn't work.0 -
Maybe an idea would be to have gone into a store, exchanged for your Double-up vouchers there and then ordered from their Tesco Direct counter.
Or is that only happening in my local store in Blackpool?0 -

Too late now, the internet took the vouchers and supposingly added them back to current points balance..0 -

I'd be surprised if that happened. I would expect they're sitting there in the OP's account, and would come off if she ordered toys. Like when you bank codes? But that's no good to the OP, if she's not going to order any toys.0 -
Slightly off-point but I emailed Tesco CS last Friday and still haven't had a response to what I thought was a straightforward question.
They are obviously behind on their emails but they should have a system for prioritising such serious complaints such as yours, I think their treatment of you so far has been fairly negligent and if they want to avoid bad press they should get their act together.
Sorry for the rant just not having happy times with Tesco at the moment so venting...0 -
That is ridiculous, I hope they do the decent thing and give you the bike! Tesco are a nightmare, in the last three months I've had to complain on around siz different occasions when they've overcharged me at the till, I hate to think how many people don't even notice!LittleMissInDebt0
