I hate it when I get treated like I don't count - especially when buying from a company.
I ordered some hanging basket tomato plants mid April with this company, paid and waited, and waited and waited. I purchased two self watering baskets and all the necessary kit in readiness (not from them) ... and waited. Yesterday I decided to check up on my order, emailed and got a curt reply, my order had been cancelled the day after I placed it, no-one told me, I had no email.
So today I rang their customer services no-one cared, no one thought it necessary to explain or give me a reason - am ranting, am angry ..... feel better now!
Am off to Asda to buy ...... tomato plants!
