Help wanted getting emails from my own address

Can some one help why do i keep getting emails saying its from my own email address. :confused:

    Is it spam email - i.e. contents are usual spam?
    the spammer can put any old rubbish into the "From" address.

    Yes it is spam being sent. Opened first one was trying to sell viaga, just a bit new on the internet and was worried.
