HI EVERYONE....I AM DESPERATELY TRYING TO CONTACT HSBS VIA PHONE OR EMAIL . THEY TOLD ME TO EMAIL BUT ADDRESS GIVEN WAS WRONG AND MAIL RETURNED !!!:mad:
Claim on hold but no response to claiming financial hardship 3 times. Had number for Service Quality Team but cannot find it, and everyone I do manage to speak to is unhelpful to say the least.
