Got mine today, the chocolate brazils were lovely, I got the chicken & leek thing, but is it safe to eat chicken that hasn't been at the right, constant temp for so long?

They're not going to send you anything that would be dangerous. It's all been tested and approved etc. As long as you follow the heating guidelines you will be fine!

Not been on their site to see the prices myself (have the same meal as you!) but did read in the brochure that it was apparently no more expensive then what you would normally spend on food- maybe they just don't expect you/us to eat as much and spend the same amount of money on less food:confused::eek:

Great freebie though! not tried mine yet!

it tells you on the packet that it can be stored in a cool dry place as long as its still sealed. it must be heat treated or something.

I got the chicken curry but have not tried it yet :)

I got chicken curry and the brazils. I ticked the veggie option so MrC will have to eat the curry :-\ Oh well the brazils were lovely. Thanks for posting it.

I received the coq au vin and chocolate brazils yesterday. Brazils gone already; still to try the coq au vin. Even if it tastes divine, I won't be taking out the plan... £9 per day is way too expensive, my food budget is less than half of that! Nice freebie though.
