If you have just a stone to lose or want to drop a dress size fast, this is the solution for you. Order our 28 Day Plan now to save 10%, normal price £280, you pay £252 saving £28. click here

:Dmind you it means i would have less money to spend on junk food like chocolate & takeaways etc so it might actually work :rotfl:

Surely a better way is to buy fresh food & cook sensibly yourself & more likely to have the weight stay off. Even with the 10% discount you will still have to buy other food to go with the stuff they send you.

I don't think the sample is going to be very large as they charge £15 for a sample meal.

For me it's back to cutting back on the naughties, I think

There is no way I would ever subscribe to their diet, I have a fair bit of weight to lose (around 5 stone) and the only way I'm going to do it is by changing my lifestyle rather than fad dieting- it will NEVER stay off otherwise, I'm not really looking for a quick fix!

Still, if there's any help in there in terms of foods that help with something or other it's always nice to know!
  • interesting find, have ordered, thanx OP
