Acer Aspire 3680 Chargeing

Hey all, hope someone here can help me.
I bought an Acer Aspire 3680 from Brighthouse (yeah I know, I know). I finished paying for it about a month ago after about 2 years of payments. In this time its been in for repairs twice (or 3 times maybe, I forget) due to it just stopping charging. Each time it came back the engineers said they found no problems with it, but changed the charging pin anyway (which fixed the issue).
Now its happened again and I dont know if I am covered for repairs under the SOGA as its been 2 years but an onrunning problem. It gets light useage as I normally use my PC instead, and on checking the net a fair few people have complained about the same issue.
Advice guys?
