Sold an item for £32 early on the 15th May, the buyer had good feedback for prompt payment. On the 5th day still no payment so I sent a polite reminder. On the 7th day sent another invoice with polite message, sure it was an oversight etc etc., Late at night on the 8th day opened a NPB.(my first this year. Lucky me)
Today Tuesday the 26th May 11 days after purchase a snotty email saying I do not leave people much time to pay!!
Am I being stupid or is it seven days.. surely this was enough leeway?
I sense a neg from the tone!
Ranty over. p.s. he has just paid.

I think sometimes that experienced buyers come over all shirty out of embarrassment. They know they should know better but when questioned by a seller they over react.
However, I do find they then go on to be a problem once they do pay, and this might be a time to risk using recorded at your own expense, just in case.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Only if they do not respond to the dispute, by paying the buyer has retained the right to leave feedback and seller should cancel NPB.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
