moving house - confused!!!

I am moving next week. I currently have broadband with tiscali and have never had any trouble with them, plus their free international calls are very attractive for us and i use them a lot.

i have just had a look on their website and it says that I will have to have a BT line connected before I can transfer it. I take it this means I will have to fork out £122.50 as I don't want a contract with BT.

Is this right or is there something else I can do to avoid a BT line???

(Although having said this would take an alternative package with tv have not been able to get it where we live now. with bt if they were the cheapest)

Any ideas appreciated.
