JS/Exploit-Script trojan? Help, please!

A couple of days ago I got a McAfee anti-virus pop up that said I had a trojan on my system called JS/Exploit-Script and I couldn't print anything properly or send e-mail. My husband had a look at it and ran a full virus scan and cleared all temporary files/cookies, etc and it seems to be ok now.
Can anyone tell me please if there anything else I should do? I think it came in a Paypal spoof e-mail (I didn't click on anything in the e-mail).

That is an old trojan that is low risk. As long as your anti virus DAT is up to date and you have run the scan you will be fine.
