    the people who make the commercial pectin, (possibly G.Costa??) will send you loads of recipes for jam using their pectin. its great because you dont keep boiling it down to set point, and losing your yield. '

    have to say, their recipe for cherry jam is the best i have ever made.

    their address is on the bottle label. and the recipes are free.

    If you go back to my earlier post I have posted a linky to the recipe which is on The Preserver's Year thread - then anyone can have it. It was given to me by a neighbour.
