barclay card not sending my charges

About 2 months ago i sent my cheque for 10 pounds to get my charges and they have cashed my cheque in about 2 weeks ago. I still havent recived the list of charges i asked for, i phoned them on sat and they told me they have no record of this i told them its on my statement on my current account and bank confirmed this. What is my next step.:mad:

    Send them a copy of the statement showing that they have cashed this cheque and tell them they have 7 days to respond, send everything recorded x

    I had the same problem with Lloyds.

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Ring Barclaycard on 0844 556 0104 and tell them you want all your charges refunded.

    Apparently they will do it without you having to request statements as they have all the details available on screen.

    Try it.
