Lloyds TSB need sorted - let's do this together

Judging from a lot of posts on here it seems that Lloyds TSB haven't paid out on a single hardship case and it must be time we took action against them.

It seems to me they are blatantly ignoring the terms of the FSA waiver, as other banks have been paying out on hardship cases. Can any of the moderators or anyone else get in touch with Martin Lewis and ask his advice ?

I reckon letters to our MPs might be the best way to proceed from here, because something needs to be done about Lloyds TSB and for many of us we simply can't afford to wait until the end of the test case.

Anyone else have any thoughts or suggestions ?
