CAHOOT - cancelling card
tapsor
I have just spent a frustrating couple of hours attempting to cancel my son's card which was stolen whilst he was on holiday abroad. The number to report stolen cards given on their recorded message is NOT recognised (01908 936 074) and I have had to wait until 8am when their call centre opened. I have reported this error. Do these companies ever check to see if the information they give out is correct or if there are any problems?
