We had rain during the night -looks like lots of it ! Temperature's dropped a bit as well but at least everything looks lovely and green.
Snookered my plans for a bit of gardening today though.....everything is just too wet. Not to worry -far as I know we didn't get the hail unless I slept through it.

Something has cut the electric off in our town this morning - and my mobile is on 'emergency only' but least our household electrics haven't been affected. Don't know whether thats anything to do with the weather or not:confused:

We seem to have had an awful lot of rain here in East Kent, only dried up this afternoon. I put a large 60cm Plant Pot (without holes) on the patio to collect water pouring off the gutter - it filled and overflowed between 3 and 6am. Needed it though as the water butt has started to run low. I do now feel silly spending 40 minutes watering everything Sunday night!!!

Did put an end to the trailing Fushias I was about to put into baskets yesterday afternoon - filled the first with compost and the thunder and rain started.
