Lloyds Credit card

I am in the process of claiming for my Lloyds TSB credit card and i would like to know if i have to send a £10 cheque before i recieve my statements as some banks seem to send these for free?

Trish, Data Protecton Act 1998 alows you the data subject to ask for ALL data held by an organisation on you for the fee of £10. However, Subject Access Request have become confused with Statement requests. If you want just statements then do what you want but if you want a bit more information and are as nosey as me, then you get ALL DATA for a fee of £10.I am in the process of claiming for my Lloyds TSB credit card and i would like to know if i have to send a £10 cheque before i recieve my statements as some banks seem to send these for free?
