Bank charges claim help

Hi Everyone, I just wondered can I still claim bank charges back and if so how long can I go back

Just to give you an update, I had a good read of the link and it appears that under the hardship rules we can claim and I have gone back to day 1.
We had 2 accounts with them and with interest they come to an amazing £1767.09 and £659.50 Total £2426.59.
So now I wait, fully expecting a rejection but prepared for the next step.
