Cheap florists for international delivery?!

I was wondering if anyone knew of any florists who deliver outside the UK, noteably to Spain, but without it costing the earth price wise, as some of the ones I've seen on the net, seem to charge 90-100 pounds for florists based in Spain, for a medium to large bouquet!
I don't know if these are reputable companies
, so I was wondering if anyone had used any which they could recommend? or even a uk based florist company which would deliver outside the UK, for a reasonable international delivery charge?

I have used Aquarelle before (http://www.aquarelle.es/pg/home_cgi/home.cgi?langue=en&sapa=06_Aquarelle.es) and the flowers were lovely. Not a bad price either.
