Hi Ando, I also hid my credit card and loan debts from my hubby and when he found out, well, lets just say we went through a tough time.

To look for extra work, go onto https://www.myhammer.co.uk you may be able to pick up extra work from there!
Good luck and keep posting on this site

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Hello all, Having a terrible time at the minute. I have managed to accumalate large debts, not with a lifestyle overhaul, just to live while I tried to get my business to recover.
Problem is my partner doesn't know a thing about the situation. I am petrified of what she will say or do when she finds out. We have been together for 10 years and we have 2 kids.
Things aren't as bad as CCJs, defaults or debt collectors, but it's getting that way. What's the best way to go about this?

Why are you petrified of someone who is supposed to love you? Lots of businesses are struggling in the current financial climate, heck some real giants have gone bust! Is it possible one or both of you can get a part-time job for a while? As others have said there is lots of wiggle room in your SoA - but you need your partner on board to shake that booty! :p
