Currently refitting the bathroom in a retirement flat formerly owned by my Mum with a view to selling or renting. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive electric shower (under 10.5kw) or any makes to consider or avoid. Thank you.

Quite hard to find out about - but there was a thread somewhere about rebranded goods - was tipped off they seem to have own brand stuff in store and branded stuff on the internet - if you look at the brand names it's pretty easy to spot the rebranded ones http://209.85.229.132/search?q=cache:6egl7Z8G-TYJ:www.thedvdforums.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-379499.html+mira+b%26q+own+brand+essentials&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk one of the B&Q ones looks like this under the "essentials" range http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500001501&productId=1500326361&langId=-1&engine=froogle&keyword=Mira+Go+9.5kW+Electric+Showerbarnaby-bear wrote: »B&Q own brand were Miras (just cheaper) ....
look at the case shape and the guide rail (in this case wavy slightly) - when you take it home and get the cover off you can find (as my cousin did) everything stamped Mira inside)0
