7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for 2 adults for 4 nights to the Highland Holiday Cottages on a self-catering basis, valid until 1st December 2009. Prize also includes a canoe trip for two adults on the river Spey or local lochs with G2 Outdoors, valid until 31st December 2009; a Cairngorms guided hillwalk with G2 outdoor for two adults, valid until 31st December 2009; guided nature walk for 2 adults in Caledonian Pine Forest with Speyside Wildlife, valid until 31st December 2009
8. Prize also includes £150 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter's discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance, meals or any other expenses, and must be taken in full by 1st December 2009. The prize cannot be redeemed over a weekend.
10. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, are weather dependent, maintenance dependent, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
11. G2 Outdoor will provide prizewinner and family with all the necessary equipment for canoeing. However prizewinners must bring towels and a spare pair of trainers, which can get wet.
12. G2 Outdoor will provide prizewinner and family with all the necessary equipment for hill walking in the Cairngorms. However prizewinners must supply their own good quality pair of hiking boots.
13. Speyside Wildlife and G2 Outdoor will provide transport and arrange a suitable meeting point with the prizewinner. No responsibility can be held by Speyside Wildlife for any activity altered or cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, under circumstances which could not be avoided and where alternative arrangements cannot be made.
14. Speyside Wildlife cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for personal accident or injury. They shall take responsibility for any acts or
15. omissions by themselves which result in loss or injury to the guests. They cannot however take responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from any act or omission by persons over whom they have no control.
16. Participants may be required to sign a medical disclaimer prior to any activities taking place. Failure to complete or comply with this requirement in its entirety may mean participants cannot take part in certain activities. Check with the operator at point of enquiry
17. The promoter will not be held liable for any injuries incurred during participation of activities.
18. VisitScotland Adventure Pass offers valid until 31st May 2009. Further offers will be made available to all entrants, which will be valid from 1st September 2009 - 31st May 2010. The Promoter will send full details in writing to all entrants at time of sending out the VisitScotland Adventure Pass.
19. VisitScotland Adventure Pass will be mailed to all entrants within 7 days of entry.
20. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter
21. reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
22. One winner will be drawn under independent supervision from all entries received on 5th June 2009 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
24. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
