Wow lots of early starters for a bank holiday Monday.

Its streaming sunshine here again but I think I need to keep a bit more covered up today as shoulders still a bit pink :o.

    Have so far
    • made cuppa
    • hung washing out
    • reloaded WM
    • made another cuppa
Need to go down to lotty this morning once showered but will have to take the huge tubs of water in trevor the trailer as its getting a bit dry down there now, luckily its only a walk down the lane.

daydreambeliever - how have you managed to do so much already, were you up at about 4am. Glad your dad is feeling better

irie - we had a glut of tomatoes last year so I just chopped them up and froze them in cooking size portions then just threw them into whatever I was making at the time. Have never made meatballs that have lasted long enough to freeze :p

quillion - hope the water bill gets sorted. As for ants I have a phobia about them and use Raid ant and cockroach killer spray. I actually spray it round all the doors and windows where they might come in I'm that bad about them and its better than the powder which is messy. smells like polish too.

ladyliberty, toots and you too quillion - dont forget to take it easy this week

denise - enjoy your DS being at home this week

As for the Christmas shocker - I'm glad for the reminder so thank you pigpen. Its reminded me that I need to start saving for it now so that I dont have to use my credit card because the cash isnt available.

gratefulforhelp - oh your poor DD I can picture her now bless her, just tell her you'll make her something nice if she helps to cheer her up. I'm now going to print off the list for littlemeister and see what she says!

right better shower and breakfast then get on
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Another lovely day here, think we will oad the car up and go to the tip with all the old fencing. Miss A is so excited at the prospect of 'having' to sit in the back with the seats flattened :rotfl:

    Breakfast first though

    Morning everyone!

Have had a bit of a lay-in with the cat whilst I read some more of my book. Had to get up just in case freecycler comes to collect the stuff - I haven't had an email back to confirm that she can come at 10, but thought it best to be ready in case.

Just caught up with Fred (thread) and pleased to see it's the kitchen today - the floor could definitely do with a wash.

Must be off to find some breakfast cos I'm starving!

Anyone up for a HHC 10.15-10.45? That gives me time to sort out the freecycle stuff is she comes too.

    Right, better get on!

    sexymouse xx

    Morning everyone.

Slept in for once - must have been all that fresh air yesterday! We have had rain overnight and it's very cloudy and humid at the moment. Which is a shame as I left some washing out last night so it's a bit damp.

Will get dressed in a moment and set too on the kitchen. It needs doing as the kids didn't really touch it last week.

I'll join you at 10.15 Sexym

I will join you sexymouse or I will end up playing power rangers with DS all morning.

Thanks Kaz will do some like that and freeze in DD Anable K food freezer tray thing and see how they turn out. I have frozen chopped value peppers in a baking tray then bagged it. It speeds things up as well as prevents me from having to throw out soggy peppers if I lived from the freezer for a bit.
The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.

I'm with you sexymouse, DH has just got up and is keen to start on the bedroom once he's showered and had breakfast.

Very grey here. DH's mate invited us for a BBQ tonight but looks like it'll be a take away at this rate!

I might just do a mealplan whilst I watch the rest of casualty

Can you collect all the dirty plates and cups and stuff from about the house?

Could you fill a carrier of rubbish?
And let's see if you can do some dusting? Wipe away all the dust and fluff and dirt in one room!

Big A has decided to join in and do some dusting, hurrah!
