Overcast and windy here today. We need to get a few bits of food shopping and then crack on with some dot to dotting.

Morning - not so bright here today, its been raining all night and is still pouring but the allotment needs it badly and at least it will fill the water buts down there t save me lugging it down in the trailer again.

OH has text to say can I get him on an earlier Chunnel crossing as he's only 60 miles from calais and isnt booked on until 4.20 this afternoon. If he can get there by 11.50 he can change without a supplement but after that its another £41 - how do they work that out . Have spoken to him and he said he'd really have to push it to get then for 11.50 so isnt worth it in the rain so will just have to see what time he gets back.

DD is in a grump as she wanted a shopping trip today but I am not going out in this weather so have told her if it eases by munchtime then we'll just go into town rather than Norwich or Peterborough.

Better go get breakfast and showered as I messed up the kitchen last night making jam and some of it is still there this morning

    Catch ya in a bit
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    Morning my lovlies
    How is everyone today
I am feeling ok - slept pretty good - apart from one peculiar dream:confused:
have managed to get caught up with you all I think.........

3onitsway welldone - first day and first star!! enjoy your day with the children - how is the little pink bundle doing?
well done michelle - keep the list small and you will feel more sense of achievement- then you can add other things as required - I am concentrating on the kitchen too.
lilysue I saw the gently programme wheile I was in hospital - I enjoyed it but then I have always had a soft spot for Martin Shaw:o - hope the aches get easier.
froddy what a great feeling that you can have someone in your house without fretting - well done to you:T
rosepink - I hope you feel better today - IMHO I think you would feel better if you got dressed and tried to do some bits around the house - its very easy to get into a habit of doing nothing but watching tv.
