Hi, I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't done any flying today. Slept most of the morning, watched last night's George Gently and went to see my mum and dad.
Not really feeling up to doing anything much at the moment. I'm feeling very unwell BD wise. Don't want to bang on about it, sorry to moan. I just feel so strange, this is nothing like my normal depression. My brain seemed to snap last week and I can't get it back together again. I'm also trying to adjust to the idea of not working again, but I'm glad I'm not cos I can't really function at the moment. I posted my resignation letter this morning. As I'm on my probation period still I only have to give one weeks notice which will end on the same day as my sick note next Tuesday. And then it will be all over. I don't feel happy, relieved, sad or anything. Just numb. And wierd. I think my brain is broken.

Going to catch up with the thread now

The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.

Rosep - Big hugs love - you're probably in a strange place because you've posted your resignation today. That's a big change and a big step to take. I know you found your job stressful but you're probably, underneath, stressing about not having a job!

Be easy on yourself and try not to think about stuff too much. You're brain is not broken, it's just trying to cope with change

    xx

Toots - hugs and prayers and hope it's helped

Rosepink - you've made a big decision today and it will take time for you to adjust to it even though you know it's the right thing to do. Hugs and prayers for you too

Meant to say earlier that when my friend came down today for footie, I actually felt ok about her coming into my house - it's not perfect by any means, but the living room is sooooooo much better than it was. It's the first time anyone's been round this year!!!! And I have others coming down on Friday and am not worrying about getting things tidy - thank you all for the wonderful support here :T :T :T

Off to sort a list for tomorrow .............

Thanks for your kind words everyone. Don't worry if I don't post much over the next few days, I might just read and not post for a bit as I can't really focus for long enough to write much.
I do appreciate your kind words tho, I feel like I'm sinking and when people are kind to me it buoys me up.

Lots of love to you all xx

Sorry I missed what was happening at 9pm! Hugs to everyone who needs them, don't want to be nosy and ask about the visualisation thing but hope it worked anyway!

Well I made a start on the kitchen, dishes are done, but drip-drying and whilst trying to write my grocery list tonight I discovered things in my cupboard I didn't know I had (nothing nasty of course), so going to continue with that and might not need to do a big shop for a while!

Well off to bed now, hope everyone is good and having a relaxing nite x
