Before contacting HMRC i would talk to your dad and check exactly how he is recording your wages through his business, he might just be bunging you £25 cash every week.
Im suggesting this because i dont wont you to drop yourself or your father in hot water.
Have you registered yourself as self employed with HMRC, If not, telling them you have been working self employed for 5 months will probably incur a fine (deadline for informing them is 3months from start). Also, what is declared to benefits?0
