Looks to me as if the substract was badly prepared before the paint went on the wall.....if you use a spatula, can you scrape the paint off? If you can i can only see a drastic solution,,,,sand it all off and start afresh.0

Odd at this time of year unless you dry clothes etc in the conservatory. Can rainwater be penetrating the flashing where the conservatory roof joins the exterior house wall?0 -
Is it the whole wall or just under one area. My vote is on the flashing.0

We are not saying the wall is wet now but that wall was not ready when it was painted !0

I have noticed that the affected area is wet (with droplets of water like the condensation you get on a window).
The paint is coming off because of the damp.
This is either coming from:
Inside the conservatory as condensation,
From the ground up as rising damp,
From outside which is either rain getting through flashing, porous brickwork or into cavity near window or fascia etc0 -
I went through the conservatory's paperwork and found a certificate or insurance (from QA National Warranties) stating it has a 10 year guarantee and with regards to Transferability it states "The benefits of this insurance will pass to subsequent owners of the Insured Works providing the Installer's own Written Guarantee states it is transferreble. No replacement cetrificate requires to be issued." "Great," I thought but unfortunately, the conservatory builders' Guarantee Card says "NON TRANSFERABLE" and of course the guarantee is in the previous owner's name.
The QA warranty only comes into effect if the original installer goes bust im affraid, ive just got the same guarantee for our windows and doors0 -
I would say its not valid as the original guarentee says its non transferable, but if they went bust then you would use the QA one, thats how i understand it anyway, i may be wrong i think you need to speak to CAB for advice0
