Aaaahhhh

What an annoying virus!!!!
My sisters computer was playing up and i said i would have a look at it for her. This is the virus/message that keeps reappearing on the desktop screen. I have read up a wee bit about it but most of the information is 6 months plus in age and i was wondering if anyone has anymore information regarding this. The computer only currently has NOD32 running and this isn't picking up any info to help me solve this problem.
Can anyone help me with this?
