First Trust Bank

I have recently submitted a template letter to First Trust to reclaim the last 6 years of bank charges. I also used the calculator to illustrate the interest I believe is owed on the charges.
They have now sent me a letter to say they have registered my claim etc but cannot/will not do anything else at this point.
Should I let things be, or should I now try and submit a claim to court, would this be pointless since the House of Lords are hopefully going to make their decision next month ? If the banks lose, will they simply start to process the claims they have 'registered' or will they only act if there is a pending court case ?
I have not progressed beyong template letter one, no Court action taken at this point. My claim totals £6350 incl Interest.

Just to be clear, the HoL are not making a decision next month but are hearing an appeal from the Banks. Unless you are claiming financial Hardship you need to wait as they have acknowledged the claim.0
