Vista keeps crashing help, please

I bought a new computer two montsh ago with vista on it. Now i am trying to book a hotel and it kicked me out of internet a few times just before paying. Then I have to start all over again. :eek: I had another 3 windows opend, but think this hapened even with just one window opened. So i am really enyed, I have no clue about iternet apart from browsing. Does it sound like the vista program might bwe the problem?
Can you please help . :confused:

    My Vista had a spell of crashing all the time. It might sound drastic, but a complete reinstall certainly cured the problem. Running fine now.

    Thank you for your advise. I have installed the firefox, but can`t listen to youtube. It says to install a flush player or java, did that and still can use it.

    Libra10 Do you mean to stick the cd vista in and install it again like that. It was my hubby who installed it, but it`s me who has to deal with it.

    Yes. When I purchased my laptop I made two recovery discs, and I use those to reinstall. It was pretty straightforward but be sure to back up anything you need to save first.
