Best available credit to income ratio

Im not so sure that there is 100% ratio, its dependant on the lender. Me personally wouldnt have any more than £1,000 its enough and easier to pay off if used.0

Know what you're on about, theres a thread on here somewhere talking about what sort of proportions lenders like you roughly be at. I cant find the thread and although i cant remember the exact figures i know at the time i was pleased that i was roughly on track. So i could be wrong but i THINK:
When applying for credit cards lenders dont like you to be using more than 25% of your available credit, and your debt should be no more than 10% of your annual salary. But i could have remembered wrongly so apologies if it transpires i have!0
