Cleaning ovens OMG :eek: My ovens are slowly stopping working and now some of my burners won't light so I will have to replace my cooker - see I am justifying not cleaning it :rotfl:

Freezer well I have got rid of one that we just used to fill with stuff and then never use so that doesn't need defrosting now its gone - and my other freezer must self defrost because it is Ok - can you see a pattern emerging here

An appliance that needs cleaning either breaks or I get rid of it :rotfl:bit like my ironing if anything needs ironing it mysteriously disappears never to be seen again

Completely behind on the debt busting front need to update figures - but first I have to find 3 missing passports one of which my OH needs for his CRB check.

Also from yesterdays course I have a huge assignment to do and there is a huge pile of papers to read for tomorrow's fostering panel -so just 5 mins work needed I think :rolleyes:

Oopsie.... thats quite a bit of paperwork to fit in then. *Love* the get rid of it when you need to clean it thing......... a woman after my own heart!

Just had a phonecall from my fellow director to say we have to take another paycut :eek: I just can't believe it so my pay at the end of the month will be half of what I was expecting so that will no longer cover the extra expense that I have incurred recently and last me to next payday - so it would appear that my debt will go up and that puts even more pressure on me to get new BTs for my credit cards. He wanted the cut to be even bigger but I said that it was not possible at the moment so we are having a meeting with the accountant in January when the year's accounts will be done and have another look at it.

My sig is now meaningless because debt will be going up rather than down and my debt free date is no time soon. I can't see the point in joining the MFiT -T2 challenge either as I won't have the money to reduce the mortgage. But as it is interest only I can't ignore it either

This could not have come at a worse time with expenditure going up - I just don't know what to do I need a job but having been out of my profession for 12 years and the language problem I can't see that is doable -

This house is expensive to run as well - but we need the space more than ever now and mvoing is not cheap either.

Oh my god........ that sounds terrible. I realise I don't know the background to your first paragraph there though, DT, I thought fostering/overseas property/new consultancy work.... I'm not up on the rest. I'm going to hunt previous stuff from you so I can respond more intelligently (working at 2.30 for a while) so I'll be back. I'm so sorry you've been socked with this.

Ah - thats quoted from the first post in this diary ........ the family business is going through a tough time/ worse and worse time... very scary stuff. Is there anything else you can do in addition? I know we said about not doing mystery shopping cos its not as profitable as the bingo, so I know you've considered that. And with such a full household, your time must be limited anyway. I'm trying to think of something constructive for you RIGHT NOW and I can't........ I'll keep trying tho. And still sending lots of positive vibes and hugs....

OMG..that's a serious body blow!!!!
I feel helpless here as I don't have the answers and I can't think of many with the limited details.Big hugs from here xxxx
The only things I can think of as I don't actually know what you do are:
(1) Do any of the grown up older people that live with you work and pay you board?..if not can they?..if they do any scope to up it a bit to help?
(2)Has DH any scope for earning more?
(3) Is there a refresher course for your profession and is there a market for jobs in that field?..

Like I say I feel useless as I don't know what you do so can't really think..so am think generally off the top of my head.Sorry if it is useless thoughts but hate to see bad things happening to good people.
