Thanks for all the best wishes as you can gather the wifi is working fine and of course MSE was the first site I checked.

No wine yet Shaun we only arrived at the villa at 8.30pm but there was a nice San Miguel waiting for me in the fridge which has been duly drunk.

Well I didn't remember what I forgot to do because as far as I know I didn't forget anything but what I did do was underestimate the amount of letters I needed to do for the charity so was up to 1.15am doing those and up at 6.30am so a short night and for most of that OH was snoring has he has a bad cold.

DS has been given free reign in the house and our absolute trust so we will see - expect sausage and bacon sarnies and pizza will figure largely on the menu.

The flight journey etc was really good just keep grinning can't believe we made it.

2 spare bedrooms if anyone wants to pop over.

Right off to check the threads.

hi hopeful! (and all other readers of the lovely DT's thread ). yes, here in the US until 30 august, having a lovely time with my family. mixed weather, but when it's hot it's great. and we can shop when it rains!

The sun is shining here but I will have to go shopping but only food and necessary replacements for the villa -patio furniture and curtains - nice to have a genuine reason to go shopping though:rolleyes:
