Well I am not hoisting the flags just in case but I think he went at 7.30pm today trouble is from the amount of stuff leaving the house I don't think for minute all his stuff has gone  didn't say a word when he left the house but I am sure he meant thank you so much for housing me and feeding me for the last 8 and a half months and being instrumental in getting my job ie I picked up the application form OD filled it in and I took it back :rotfl:

Oh well I am sure there will be a huge bunch of flowers tomorrow

Never mind on to better things lost 3 and half pounds today so 17 and a half in just under a month the doc is really pleased with me says I am a perfect patient :rotfl:

    I'm perfect I'm perfect I'm lovely ;)

Had a brilliant idea about our rejig of the house on the way to the clinic have run it past OH and he agrees so that is looking good just have to ring the structural engineer and explain the change of plan :o but better to have these ideas now than when the building starts:D

The little ones have brought home two more party invites so the next two Sundays will be spent at the dreaded leisure centre think that makes it 6 parties there so far this year  then the following week it will be their party which we are having at home so at least it will make a change from all the other parties :)

No debt busting I am afraid :o

Ooh just updated my sig and I realise that means I have lost 20% of the weight I need to lose :j when I get to 70% I can move on to phase 2 and have real protein :D

You ARE perfect, perfect and lovely! :D

Great news on the weight loss. It's very inspiring as I sit here trying to resist the small packet of animal biscuits. "Could I have just one?" No, because they contain both wheat and sugar and I can't eat either for 2 weeks - Whaaaahhh!!!!!

I sympathise re: the parties. It was so nice to have DD's in the park last week. When we move to a lovely big house I will have them at home too. Are you making them one of your splendiforous cakes?!
  • I will send you flowers DT- as you a practically perfect in every way..:):A

I hope you sent him on the way with a size 9 up his jacksy...well it is how i imagine it any way:rotfl::rotfl:

Congrats on the weight loss- fantastic amount, no wonder the doc is pleased.:T

It didn't quite work like that he just slunked out as usual

I am chuffed to bits with the weight loss and I have found it quite easy though its quite strange too but as you are not allowed any "real food" other than certain veg and salad there is no room for temptation its all or nothing :)

Need to get exercising now not least because I have signed up for the West Highland Way walk next year and Elantan is miles ahead of me with her training - though thats not difficult as I have yet to leave the couch :o

    DTxx
  • I am on board with that too and don't worry as you can build up quite easily. I think Elantan just wants to get midge resistant first :)

Which reminds me..must buy industrial strength midge repellent.
