Cooling Off Period?

Hi,
I bought an insurance policy through insurastore.com as it was cheaper than the insurance supplied by my self storage Company.

This was last Wednesday, the insurance came into force yesterday (Saturday). Long story but anyway now I don't need it.

In the T & Cs it says you can't cancel within 28 days, but I was sure somewhere I read about a cooling off period? Does this apply to all types of insurance? If applicable, how should I go about cancelling and what can I expect to be charged?

Thanks in advance!

In the policy documents you should have been sent there will be a section that deals with cancellation. You will find your answers in there.
