Rats, I think I have screwed up. Sold an item yesterday to a buyer who was desperate to have it quickly, so as soon as she bought the item I booked a courier for collection Tues. I used the shipping address listed in the "congratulations, you've sold your item" email from eBay. However, I now find that a different address is listed in the "send to" section on PayPal (work address) and it is this address that the buyer wants the item sent to. Am I in the wrong? I am trying to change the delivery details on the courier booking but no reply yet.

To win a paypal chargeback it must go to the paypal address, not the ebay one. It appears that the paypal address is the one that the buyer wants so hopefully you can get it changed with the courier. That's what I feared. I have rung the courier & left a voice mail too but of course being a BH weekend, not sure I'll get a reply before Tues.
ETA: I got a reply from the courier saying the address has been changed, phew.They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
