Hi, just thought i'd mention the olay one as no one else has and i really like it! Never had any streaks, and you can layer it up day by day to achieve the look you like. did try johnsons once but found it very streaky. The only thing is it can be hard to get hold of, but i picked up a couple of bottles in boots about a month ago which were on offer.

    good luck :D

PS...It smells lush too. It has Apricot extract which makes it beneficial compared to some of the creams & sprays that literally follow you around like a bad smell :D

I'm with you all, a whiter shade of blue most of the time!
*Scottish*Lass* - What spray tan did you have before giving up work? - might help some of us wanting a tan for a special occasion that is ok on pale skin

Thank you all so, so much for the suggestions!!! :A lol I've got them all written down to price them when I'm in town tomorrow & I've started looking online to see if I can get samples of them too. (If I do I'll post ot here so you all know!) I have a friend who is also quite pale, so we are going to try different ones each to see how we get on...... again i'll let you all know!

I used to get a St Tropez spray tan at a wee local place & it was brilliant! My friend had the Fake Bake from the same place, but it didn't look as good or last as long as mine & we're pretty much the same skin tone & type. If you're going for a spray tan get it done in the morning & don't plan on doing anything for the rest of the day, that way it'll develop better. It cost £20 a time, was a gorgeous colour & lasted for about 10 days.
(ps I didn't give my job up, 6 of us got made redundant in November last year. :( no harm done tho! :) )

Don't be sorry! lol I was working in a call centre & I hated it! I have far too many scruples for that kind of job. I kept agreeing with people that the deal they were currently on was better than what I could offer them! :rotfl: :rotfl: I'm away to start my training to be a foster carer, so I couldn't be happier on that front! x
