Hi all

Quick question, what's difference between these two and are they interchangeable?
(Alright, I know, that's two questions!)
And for a third, if I install WLM, can I import everything from OE into it?

Thanks as always.

  • I find WLM much quicker than Outlook. WLM will just re-download everything from your e-mails, but I'm not sure if you can import from Outlook.

    They are both the same thing to be honest with WLM being the newer version.

    Microsoft did make it known Outlook Express was to be no more - firstly by stopping hotmail access for new accounts.

    And you can import from Outlook Express 6.

    Hi again - I'm looking at installing Windows Live Mail but don't want to upgrade the MSN messenger.

    Can I just download WLM on it's own from anywhere?

    Thanks - I've been on that link.
    I've downloaded the file and it says it's going to upgrade MSN messenger when it installs.
    Don't want to do that as OH is happy with current setup.

    ::edit::
    Unless I can install it, uninstall MSN and then install 8.1 which I have on now.
