1899 & 18866 down?

Is anyone else having trouble with these services yesterday and today? I get an egaged tone no matter what number I dial, if I dial via BT it's fine so it's obviously something to do with the carrier...

Unless BT have pulled fast one

Yes - we've got the same problem. It was fine early yesterday morning and then suddenly started getting the engaged tone. Same thing today.

    Very annoying!
    Nice to save.

    Working fine here.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

Well at least it isn't just us, so I guess they've got a glitch to sort out.

Whereabouts are you guys? I'm in Southampton, so just wondering if it is location based...
