IP address issue

Hi all,
I have a orange livebox with invetel wireless adapter.We have two desktop computers and one laptop in house.One desktop and laptop are acessing internet with no issues but the other desktop cannot connect.
The wireless adapter keeps trying to acquire the IP address to no avail.
Other error message reads unable to connect to acess point.It was working fine one day and then yesterday this, anybody any ideas?

    Have you checked the IP settings on the computer that won't connect?

    Open a CMD prompt and type :-
    ipconfig /all

    That will give you the IP address it's trying to use.
    Then try:-
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew

    IIRC, that should assign a new IP address to the comp.

    are you using zone alarm for the firewall?
    Mine kept assigning a new IP address and it was zone alarm messing up.

    Make sure you have the livebox in in pairing mode before you try to connect. If it's not you will get this problem.
